KGS is the governance heart of WOT Nation — the single, authoritative system of record for Word of Truth Ministries International. What is written here is established; what is not written here is not yet law.

What KGS Is
Governance, kept in order
“Let all things be done decently and in order” (1 Corinthians 14:40). KGS exists so that the ministry’s record of persons, offices, and authority is kept one, kept true, and kept accountable.
Canonical
One source of record. Every canonical Person, office, and current authority assignment in the ministry resolves here and nowhere else. Other systems consult KGS; none replaces it.
Governed
The record is append-only and attributed. Acts are written with their authority, never silently edited, so the history of a decision can always be read the way it was made.
Fail-closed
What has not been measured is not shown, and what has not been decided is not invented. Where truth is not yet established, KGS says so plainly rather than estimating.

Each system of WOT Nation keeps its own lane. Identity belongs to Kingdom ID, canonical governance belongs to KGS, and reporting intelligence belongs to Nexaro.

Measured, never estimated
This page answers one public question — whether the service of record is alive — and it answers it by live measurement each time the page loads. The register’s detailed measures remain within the house.
If measurement fails, this panel says so plainly. KGS is fail-closed by design: it will state “unavailable” before it will ever guess.
Our Commitments
What this system will and will not do
- No personal records in public. Personal information in the canonical register is served only to authenticated, authorised ministry services — never on this page or any public route.
- No in-house measures in public. The register’s counts, states, and operational detail are served to authorised ministry systems, not to the open internet. Publicly, KGS states one thing — whether it is alive — and states it by measurement, never estimate.
- No silent history. Governance acts are recorded append-only with their acting authority, so the record can be audited as it was written.
- One register, one truth. KGS does not compete with Kingdom ID or Nexaro, and they do not compete with it. Identity, governance, and reporting each remain whole in their own house.
